IN MEMORY OF

In The Garden I come to the garden alone, And He walks with me, and He talks with me, I’d stay in the garden with Him, And He walks with me, and He talks with me, C. Austin Miles |
The little cares that fretted me. The fears of what may come to pass, A SONG FROM SYLVAN No farewell words were spoken, |
We thought of you with love today,
But that is nothing new.
We thought of you yesterday,
And the day before that too.
We think of you in silence
We often speak your name.
All we have is memories,
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we will never part.
God has you in his keeping,
We have you in our hearts.
God looked in his garden
And He found an empty place.
He then looked upon this earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
We know you’re in a better place,
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering,
He knew that you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hill was hard to climb.
so He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered "Peace be thine."
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
In my heart you will always stay,
Loved and remembered every day.
May the road rise to meet you
May the
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
Irish Blessing
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone;
For a part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
Your Love is still our guide;
And though we cannot see you
You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing is the same;
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
